The project involves four transnational exchange workshops designed to facilitate the sharing of cross-cultural knowledge on literacy acquisition and educational best practices. These sessions allow teachers to apply the methodologies acquired during previous training phases.
The first workshop took place in Italy at the Gandhi School in Prato, with the participation of partner schools from Portugal, Romania, and Spain. The program included an overview of the Italian primary school system, daily teaching practices, and classroom organization. These activities provided partners with the opportunity to observe pedagogical approaches and inclusive practices in a real educational setting. The workshop served as a platform for professional dialogue and the exchange of practices among participants. Additionally, a lesson delivered in English by one of the partners contributed to the linguistic exchange. The activity resulted in a broader understanding of different educational systems and strengthened the cooperation between the involved institutions.
